Does Twitch have customer support? ›

You can contact Twitch Support 24/7. Twitch Support may ask you questions to help narrow down the source of your issue. For example: Are you experiencing the issue on only one channel, or several? Does the issue occur only on Twitch on desktop (twitch.tv), or does it also happen in the Twitch Mobile App?

Tap the username to open a whisper conversation, and then tap the Friend icon to send a Friend request. Once your Twitch Friend accepts your request, you will be able to see when they are online and send a Whisper with just one tap!

To contact Partner Help. please submit a ticket while logged into your Partnered account. Your ticket will be automatically routed to the Partner Help queue. Please ensure you are logged in while submitting a ticket.

Many Twitch channel subscriptions are recurring monthly charges that will be billed in advance for the following month. On the checkout page for a subscription, you'll be provided with information about the price and its renewal frequency.

We usually respond within 24 hours, usually faster but holidays or volume of tickets were receiving may extend our response times.

Reactivating Your Twitch Account

To reactivate your account, simply follow these steps: Log into your deactivated account. You will notice a welcome back message informing you that your account is currently deactivated. To reactivate your account, simply tap or click the Reactivate button.

Some users just watch occasionally or log in to chat! However, once accounts do meet our inactivity criteria, they will be recycled through the automated process.

For alcohol use, sipping on a drink while streaming wouldn't require a label, but appearing visibly intoxicated to the point you are slurring your speech, or making being drunk the focus of your stream (e.g. doing a “drunk history”) would require a label.

Clicking on the radio button next to 'Enable chat' will make the Chat module appear on your channel page. Clicking on the 'Settings' link to the right of the Moderators field will allow you to add users who can function as moderators for chat on your channel.

Subscriptions are monthly charges which, unless specified, will continue to renew. You may cancel a subscription at any time by navigating to your Subscriptions Management Page, locating the subscription you wish to cancel, and clicking the cog on the upper-right.

Outside of the example above, we do not offer refunds for recurring subscriptions (including channel subscriptions and Turbo) except in circ*mstances where technical issues impact the purchase or benefits relating to a subscription, where the purchase of a subscription was fraudulently made, or where otherwise required ...
