What is CPD and why do you need to do it?
CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development, this is an activity and lifelong process of continually bettering your knowledge base and skillset. It’s becoming a more frequent requirement from employers for their employees to partake in Continuing Professional Development throughout their employment.
