The World: High Voltage is the stand of the Another World Diego, featured in Steel Ball Run. This stand looks very similar to The World but with yellowish skin and other changed accesories. It is obtained by using Saint's Eyes on Shadow DIO. Alternate Diego was first introduced after Johnny Joestar defeated Funny Valentine, when the infinitely-rotating Funny Valentine brought Diego into the main universe using D4C to get the corpse.

Trivia

• It's subtitle, High Voltage, is a reference to the Steel Ball Run arc in which it's featured and itself a reference to the popular AC/DC song.
  • In Steel Ball Run, it is actually only known as The World. In AUT, it's subtitle, High Voltage, was added to make it differ from the regular The World.
    • There is still a difference in Japanese, however, as the original The World is referred to in katakana and kanji (ザ・ワルド（世界））whereas The World: High Voltage is referred to in English.
• When posing, High Voltage by AC/DC would play.
• The World: High Voltage's quotes are taken from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven (are they still?).
• The World: High Voltage was called The World: Alternate Universe (TWAU) before the rework.
• Because of its rework, The World: High Voltage was known as one of the strongest stands in the Old Universe.
• In the Old Universe, The World: High Voltage's G move was a global cutscene, meaning if someone used the cutscene, everyone in the server will see it.
