Day 18: Heavy Packs and Light Hearts
The journey continues, and today's hike from Long Trail Inn to Snomobile Trail Campsite is a challenging one. With a 2325 ft ascent and 1991 ft descent, it's a test of endurance and resilience. The author and their companions are carrying heavy packs, with some weighing up to 35 pounds, including essential supplies like water, food, and even a quart of yogurt and a pound of bread.
