GER eoh has to touch things to be able to bring them to 0, therefore it activates after / during the effects take place.
Twoh when collided with GER's fist overwrote it and canceled it because RTZ it is activated after / during the effect (= overwrite)
GER Canon activates before effects and has multiversal range.
Twoh can't hit it, so = no overwrite.
Tusk act 4 would have a chance, as long as he shoots a lot of Golden spins.
Dio he will not be able to hit them and cancel them all and he will die.
