My mother and I were helped by Hicham today at the SEA TAC rental car center. He diligently walked us through all of our options and explained the contract language in length. He had a wonderfully positive attitude and did not rush the process like the typical commodity car rental places. Through conversation we found out he was fromMorocco and had family there dealing with the aftermath of the recent catastrophic earthquake. This did not deter him from still providing exceptional customer service.
