Hey, friends!
Do you love smoothies as much as I do? How about smoothie bowls? Aren’t they delicious? A few years ago, I was really into this pumpkin pie smoothie bowl. I couldn’t get enough of it! Even as a healthy drink for breakfast (or whenever) I love smoothies! I drink a healthy smoothie every morning, with my coffee, and having something to eat, like a high-protein breakfast. I do like to enjoy the sweets and breads (j’aime la boulangerie!) for breakfast, like chocolate waffles, pumpkin waffles, pancakes, croissants, French paste ties and bread! But, how about taking your smoothie, and turning it into a smoothie bowl to enjoy with your spoon. And, the toppings?! Oh, so good!! Check out this very yummy list of healthy smoothie bowls, that I’m sure you will really like!!

(Vegan) In the Buff Smoothie Bowl – Angela Liddon, Oh She Glows

New Year Glow Smoothie Bowl – Angela Liddon, Oh She Glows
“This creamy, dreamy, tropical green smoothie bowl is perfect for giving yourself a bright boost during the winter months! Mango and clementine add a tangy burst of flavour, and these nutrient-packed fruits are a great way of sneaking in some extra vitamin C during cold and flu season, too. Anti-inflammatory ginger is great for digestion, and avocado lends this smoothie bowl a thick, creamy texture. If serving to kids, you may want to omit the matcha green tea powder (due to its caffeine content) and ginger (which can be a bit spicy for little ones). If you’d like a portable smoothieon-the-glow, feel free to thin it out with more liquid and pour into a thermos for easy drinking. Since there’s no banana in this smoothie, I find that it can be made the night before without impacting overall flavour and texture the next day.” Angela Liddon, Oh She Glows
Green Tea Lime Pie Smoothie Bowl – Angela Liddon, Oh She Glows
“This is one of my all-time favourite smoothie bowls—and it’s one of the most popular on the blog! Dig into the tropical flavours of lime, coconut, banana, and avocado with some baby spinach and Matcha green tea powder thrown in for an extra boost. The flavour reminds me of a creamy, tart, and sweet Key Lime Pie!” Angela Liddon, Oh She Glows
(Vegan) Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl, Angela Liddon Oh She Glows

Enjoy your healthy smoothie bowl!
